The tower's massing is restrained by design: a single considered form rather than a stack of visual gestures, with sustainability and craftsmanship treated as the same discipline.
The Iconic Towers is planned as a private resort within a single structure rather than a conventional apartment block. Vertical landscaping, deep balconies and a restrained material palette of stone, timber and bronze-toned metalwork give the tower a presence that reads as architecture, not signage.
Sustainable design principles run through the building's systems: independent 24/7 power supply, a central sewage system, and glazing specified for tropical heat and harmattan dust rather than adapted from a cooler climate.
Every kitchen, from the smallest 2 bedroom apartment to the penthouse, is fitted by Effeti Cucine, an Italian kitchen house known for cabinetry that favours precision joinery over ornament.
Penthouse and maisonette master bathrooms carry Lupi fittings throughout: vanities, cabinetry and hardware sourced as a complete system rather than assembled piece by piece.
“Every finish here is sourced to a standard, not a budget, and the standard does not vary between the smallest apartment and the penthouse.”The Iconic Towers · Design Statement
